Situated in the midst of palm- and avocadotrees, the individually restored Casa Exotica offers space for 1 - 2 persons.

On the lower floor you find the kitchen, an organic designed dining corner as well as a bedroom with mattrasse with 1,40 m at its'  widest point. Followed by the ground floor patio you get to the sweet bath-house with a shower, toilet and washbasin.

Going up a few stairs you get to the the sunny terrace with view in direction of the ocean. This house is located in El Guro, about 2,5 km from the beach, perched high up the side the valley and accessed via 150m of steps.
